Altair has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to promote technological advancements and digital transformation in the automotive and heavy engineering industries.

This partnership aims to leverage cutting-edge digital twin technologies, data-driven design approaches, and AI-enhanced engineering solutions to drive innovation and support sustainability efforts. Through this collaboration, both organizations will focus on accelerating digital transformation and improving product development processes.

Stephanie Buckner, Global COO of Altair, expressed a shared commitment to promoting the adoption of AI-enhanced engineering and data analytics, aiming to facilitate digital transformation and enhance capabilities within the automotive and heavy engineering sectors.

Reji Mathai, director of ARAI, emphasized that the MoU represents a significant step in their efforts to integrate advanced technologies into their R&D activities.
