Kaynes Technology is a leading player in the electronic system design and manufacturing (ESDM) services space with a global footprint. Apart from its mother plant and additional manufacturing facilities at Mysuru, it has six other manufacturing plants at Bengaluru, Chennai, Manesar, Parwanoo, Dehradun and Navi Mumbai.
The company was established in 1988 by Ramesh Kannan soon after his graduation from the National Institute of Engineering. He always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and some companies in the Mysuru region such as L&T and Wipro had good vendor development programmes that offered a perfect opportunity for his ambitions.
